Nockenwelle - scharf oder standard?

I am beadblasting the head cover on my engine (3.0 CSI) and peeked inside. The PO claimed a 282 cam had been installed- I doubt this as the engine runs very smoothly at idle and acts very civilised.
The cam which is installed has two markings : 1250067 and at the other end reads BMW and 410A 2. Any clue to which camshaft this is" standard or tuned version?
